You will be provided with sheets for rough work and hence NTA does not allow any type of paper inside the exam hall.

To appear for the JEE Main 2025 exam, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:
Age Limit:
General and General-EWS candidates must be born on or after October 1, 2000.
SC/ST/PwD candidates must be born on or after October 1, 1995, with a 5-year age relaxation.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have passed or be appearing for Class 12 (or an equivalent exam) in 2025, with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
Candidates who passed Class 12 in 2025 or earlier are not eligible.
Number of Attempts:
A candidate can attempt JEE Main a maximum of 3 times in consecutive years.
Diploma Holders:
Candidates with a Diploma in Engineering (or equivalent) are also eligible to apply for JEE Main 2025.
State of Eligibility:
The state of eligibility is determined by the state where the candidate completed their Class 12 exam.
