Important JEE Mains Instructions for 2025

1. Arrive on time: Report 2 hours before the exam starts to avoid missing important instructions.

2. Admit Card & ID: Bring a printed Admit Card and valid photo ID for verification.

3. Seat Assignment: Sit in the allotted seat only. Changing seats will result in cancellation of candidature.

JEE Main Instructions 2025 to Be Followed While Taking the Admit Cards 

• Download: Candidates must download the e-Admit Card from the NTA website, after fulfilling eligibility and paying the application fee.

• Examination Details: Appear at the assigned Centre, date, and shift as mentioned in the e-Admit Card. No changes allowed.

• Unable to Download: If unable to download, contact the NTA Help Line at 011-40759000 (10:00 A.M. to 05:00 P.M.).

• Discrepancies: For errors in personal details or photograph/signature, contact the NTA Help Line. The candidate can appear with the current Admit Card, and corrections will be made later.

• No Postal Admit Cards: Admit Cards are not sent by post. No duplicate cards will be issued at the Exam Centres.

• Care of Admit Card: Do not mutilate or alter the Admit Card. Any tampering will be considered UFM (Unfair Means).

• Preserve: Keep the Admit Card in good condition for future reference.

1. Arrival and Registration:

- Arrive at the exam hall at least one hour before the JEE exam time for registration.

- Carry the admit card and other necessary documents; entry without the admit card is not permitted.

2. Hall Regulations:

- Apart from the admit card and ID proof, no other items are allowed inside the hall.
