Step 3: A V.OT.E.R Card will be created with your valid information

Step 5: Next, Round 1 of the scholarship exam 2021 will be held on March 28, April 4, April 11, and April 18, 2021
Step 6: Top 5k students from Round 1 will qualify for Round 2, to be conducted on April 4, April 11, and April 18, 2021
