JEE Dress Code 2025 - Guidelines & Restrictions

The National Testing Agency has announced that the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2025 Session 1 will take place between 22 January to 31 January 2025 and Session 2 between 01 April to 08 April 2025  For candidates appearing for the JEE Main exam in 2025, NTA issues mandatory exam day guidelines. And with a few exceptions, JEE Main 2025 allows students to wear whatever they like.

In this blog, a list of prohibited items, guidelines for dress code for JEE Main, and code of conduct during the exam are provided in the JEE Main instructions for all candidates to read. As we have mentioned before, as far as JEE Main dress codes go, NTA has not established any regulations, so students can wear whatever they want. However, they must ensure that they do not wear or carry any such item that may cause them trouble at the exam centre.
