CBSE is all set to conduct the compartment exams for Classes 10 & 12 from August 23, 2022. Just before the exam, the admit card has been released on the official website. The regular students who will appear for the exam can visit the board’s official website (cbse.gov.in) and download the admit card.
The CBSE compartment exam 2022 will be conducted at various centres across the country in offline mode. Students have to follow the COVID protocols as earlier.

Step 1: Open (cbse.gov.in)
Step 2: Click on the ‘Pariksha Sangam Portal’
Step 3: Click on the ‘Schools’ link
Step 4: Click on the ‘Pre-Exam Activities’ link
Step 5: Click on the ‘Admit Card, Centre Material for Comptt Exam 2022’ link
Step 6: Enter the login credentials
Step 7: The admit card will be available for view & download
In addition, CBSE board has also released detailed guidelines for Practical Examinations with the Compartment Examination, which one may read carefully before the exam. Check the below guidelines mentioned in the notification released by CBSE:
If a student has been declared Repeat in Practical (RP), then the student should appear in the practical exam only, and no need to appear in the theory exam. The theory marks will be carried forward. If there is a Repeat mentioned in both - the Practical & Theory exam, then the student has to appear for both the exams, if eligible for appearing in Compartment exam
The compartment exams (practical) will be conducted between August 23, 2022, and August 30, 2022
The practical exams will be conducted in the exam centres fixed for the theory examinations
There will be External Examiners appointed by regional offices while the internal examiners will be appointed by the centre superintendent from their own school teachers. In case teachers are not available in the centre school in any subject, teachers from nearby schools will be appointed
The practical answer books released by Regional Offices will be used to conduct the practical examination
After the practical exams, the award list should be prepared by the regional offices and should be sent in a timely manner after the required signatures. The award list should be shared on the exam day itself
Students are required to contact their examination centre with their result and admit card by August 22 and should note the date and time of the practical exam. Further, the student should reach the allotted exam centre on time
The exam centres are required to prepare a list of students whose practical exam have to be conducted, class-wise and subject-wise. The Centre Superintendent of the Exam centre should conduct the Regional office on time for the appointment of External Examiners. Exam centres are not allowed to appoint external examiners on their own
