For grades X and XII, CBSE has started its counselling sessions to offer students psychological assistance and solutions. This year, the class X and XII board exams for the CBSE will be administered in the traditional physical manner, beginning on February 15. Due to the Covid epidemic, the examination process has suffered during the previous two years.
These counselling services include a free, round-the-clock Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) for students and parents at the Board's toll-free number (1800-11-8004), which will offer details and recommendations on how to study without stress, how to manage your time and stress, how to avoid COVID, and other topics. It is accessible in both Hindi and English from any location in the nation.
These also include the Board's free and voluntary tele-counselling service, which is available from 9.30 AM to 5.30 PM, Monday to Saturday. Out of the 84 principals and counsellors who contributed to these counselling sessions in 2022, 73 were from India, and the others were from Nepal, Oman, Japan, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, and Singapore.
