Considering the concerns that CUET and NEET aspirants raised, NTA has decided to shift the students to the second shift of CUET 2022 who are registered for both exams.
The official notice read, “Candidates who have opted for physics, chemistry, or biology have been taken to Phase II, keeping in view the NEET (UG) - 2022 being held on 17 July 2022 (Sunday).”

Slot 1 of the CUET 2022 exam will be conducted between 9:00 AM and 12:15 PM, while slot 2 is fixed between 3:00 PM and 6:45 PM. A total of 8,10,000 students will be attending slot 1 while 6,80,000 students will be taking the CUET exam in the second slot, which is scheduled between July 15 to August 20. CUET 2022 will be conducted across 500 cities in India and 10 cities outside India.
Both CUET and NEET being the largest exams in the nation, many candidates raised concerns regarding the clash of dates. Today, Delhi High Court even received a plea regarding the shift of the NEET-2022 exam date and an additional attempt to the candidates.
