The Council for Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has released the revised timetable for Class 10 and Class 12 Semester I examinations. Candidates can easily download the revised date sheet from the official website. According to the modified timetable, ICSE exams for class 10 will commence on November 29 and class 12 (ISC) will begin on November 12. The board has decided to conduct the exam in offline mode after receiving multiple requests from school administrators, parents, and students claiming different reasons such as device non-availability, electricity, and network connectivity concerns as barriers to successfully completing the online exam.
Class 10 examinations will begin at 11 a.m., while class 12 exams will begin at 2 p.m. with a time allocation for one hour. ICSE and ISC Board Exams for classes 10 and 12 were previously scheduled to commence on November 15, 2021, and November 16, 2021, respectively.

Earlier the online board exams for ICSE Class 10 and ISC Class 12 were supposed to begin on November 15, 2021, but were later postponed. "Due to circumstances beyond our control, the CISCE has decided to postpone the first semester examinations for classes 10 and 12 for the 2021-22 session. In due course, all stakeholders will be notified of the new schedule," board chief executive and secretary Gerry Arathoon stated in an order.
CISCE Board, after much deliberations, decided that the exams will be conducted in offline mode in their respective schools. The detailed guidelines will be announced shortly on the official website.
