Though NEET 2022 was concluded successfully on July 17, one of the centres of Rajasthan found some discrepancies in the Hindi medium paper. The students at Army Public School in Srigangagnar were given English question papers instead of Hindi. A total of 238 students struggled with the English medium paper, and now a request for reconducting the paper has been made.
The superintendent at the centre filed a detailed report of the issue and submitted it to the National Testing Agency (NTA). Due to the mixup of papers, students were given extra time to finish the paper but it overall impacted the performance, further leading to reconduct request of NEET 2022.

The Union Health and Family Welfare Minister, Shri Mansukh Mandaviya, has granted his consent for reconducting NEET 2022. The news was confirmed by Nihal Chand, MP Sriganganar, who personally approached Health Minister about the issue.
NTA has not released the date of the exam yet. However, it is advised to check NTA’s website (neet.nta.nic.in) for further updates. It is to be noted that the re-exam will be only for the Sriganganar centre students, and no other candidate will be allowed to reappear.
