Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) is closing its application process today. To apply for VITEEE 2022, interested students can visit the official website (viteee.vit.ac.in). This year’s VITEEE is scheduled between June 30, 2022, and July 6, 2022, on the dedicated exam centres across different cities. The result of VITEEE 2022 is expected to be released on July 8, 2022.

The eligibility criteria of VITEEE include a minimum of 55 percent in PCMB (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology). VITEEE 2022 is divided into two groups - MPCEA and BPCEA. MPCEA consists of 40 questions for Mathematics while 35 questions for Physics and Chemistry. There will be five questions in English and 10 in Aptitude. While the BPCEA group has the same number of questions except for Mathematics, it will be replaced by 40 questions in Biology.
Steps to Apply for VITEEE 2022
Step 1: Open “viteee.vit.ac.in” in the browser.
Step 2: Generate login credentials.
Step 3: Sign-in and open the application form.
Step 4: Fill in the required details.
Step 5: Pay the exam fee.
Step 6: Upload photo and signature.
Step 7: Save the application form.
Important Dates for VITEEE 2022
Registration Closes: May 30, 2022
Commencement of Entrance Exam: June 30, 2022
Last Date of Entrance Exam: July 6, 2022
Result Date: July 8, 2022
According to an official notice released by VIT, students should take care of the website on which they are applying for the entrance exam. There are multiple phishing websites misusing VIT’s name. It is to be noted that students should only refer (vit.ac.in) for admission related information.
