1. Why should my child take the International General Knowledge Olympiad (IGKO)?
If you are looking for a challenging, informative, and educational competition with an opportunity to explore global exposure, you must enrol your child for the International General Knowledge Olympiad (IGKO). IGKO rewards winners with not only prizes but also with a certificate from the World Intellectual Property Organisation which is one of the seventeen specialised agencies of the United Nations. 2. Can Class 7 students participate in the International General Knowledge Olympiad (IGKO)?
The International General Knowledge Olympiad is a yearly quiz that can be taken by Class 7 students. It tests the knowledge of students from across the world. The exam is open to all students from 1st to 10th standard, and each year has a different set of questions. There are different sections in the question paper, and the most difficult one is the Achiever’s section. In this section, each question carries almost 3 marks.

5. What is the format of the IGKO Olympiad 2024-25?
The format for this year's Olympiad is set to be an online test followed by a written test in Delhi for participants who qualify for the online test. The online quiz will follow a pattern with 5 multiple-choice options of 50 questions (with an option to choose more than one answer). Once the olympiad comes to an end, all participants who have scored above 95% will be invited to the offline written test which will be held in Delhi.
