Hint: India is a country situated in the Southern region of Asia with about 1.4 billion population. The country is known for its rich history and its diversity. It presently has 28 states and 8 union territories.

Complete Answer:
Goa is a state situated on the southwestern coast of India. Its region is also known as the Konkan coast and geographically, the state is separated from the Deccan highlands by the Western Ghats. Known for its history of being the capital of the Portuguese, ever since Vasco Da Gama landed in India in the year 1498. With its capital as Panaji, Goa is the smallest state by area wise and the fourth smallest by population. The state is also one of India’s wealthiest states, largely due to its booming tourist industry. As a result, Goa has the highest per capita income in India. Rajasthan on the other hand is a state in the northwestern part of India and it covers an area of about 342.239 sq. kilometers or 10.4% of the total geographical area in India. Rajasthan is the largest state in India by area wise and the seventh-largest by population. It is home to my historical monuments, sites and also to the world’s 9th largest subtropical desert which is the Thar Desert. Rajasthan has a history of having a site in the Indus Valley Civilization, the Kalibangan (world’s earliest attested ploughed field), and also saw the rise of many Rajput rulers. Therefore the state is also known as ``The Land of Rajputs”.

Note: Even in the administrative, the legislative, and judicial, the state and the union territory capitals of India are sorted according to it. Similarly, seats in the Rajya Sabha and the Lok Sabha are also distributed according to the area and population of the state.
