Hint: In order to solve this question, we should know about Newton’s third law of motion which states that, every force has an equal and opposite reaction and this action reaction forces act on two different bodies and here we will discuss about centripetal force and centrifugal force in order to know about true and false nature of given statement Centrifugal force is the reaction to centripetal force.

Complete answer:
As we know, when a body moves in a circular orbit for a fixed radius the force acting on the body towards the centre of the circular part is known as centripetal force on the body. Now In order to balance this force, a concept of centrifugal force is made which is acting in a direction just opposite to that of centripetal force but acting on the same body.

Now, since we get to know that centripetal force and centrifugal force are acting on the same body but in directly opposite directions but from definition of action reaction force, reaction force acts on different body for example if you applied the force on a wall the wall exert equal amount of reaction force in opposite direction and here action reaction force act on two different bodies. So, centripetal and centrifugal force acting on the same body, so these forces are not action reaction force.

Hence, the correct option is B.

Note: It should be remembered that, centripetal force has a magnitude of $\dfrac{{m{v^2}}}{r}$ where, $m, v, r$ are the mass, velocity and radius of the body and in terms of magnitude the centrifugal force is same but acting in opposite direction.
