Hint: A Quadrilateral can be easily drawn with the help of a ruler, protractor rounder, and pencil. A quadrilateral is a plane figure that has got four sides or edges. It can be easily drawn by applying given data.

Complete step-by-step solution:
Draw a line MO measuring 5.8cm with the help of your ruler.
Then, to draw MZ, measure angle OMZ=58with the help of a protractor and rounder and draw an arc over the line MO. Then with the help of a ruler, draw MZ.
Then, to draw OR, measure angle MOR =105and draw an arc over the line MO and then join the line with the help of a ruler measuring 4.4cm. Name the line as OR.
Then to draw RE again with the help of a protractor and rounder mark an arc at the end of the line OR measuring angle ORE =90. After this, draw a straight line RE with the help of a ruler.

Note: A Quadrilateral a four-sided figure. The three important attributes of a quadrilateral we need to remember are it has four sides, four vertices, and the important one, the sum of the interior angles should be equal to 360 degrees. This is not a figure having equal sides or angles.
