Hint:Here, you are asked to find differences between real force and pseudo force. In order to answer this question, you need to look for the definition of both the real force and the pseudo force and distinguish on the basis of their definition, also you should go for a real life scenario and see where the two forces occur and you can distinguish them on the basis of real life example as well.
Complete answer:
Let us first have a look at the definitions of both the forces. Real forces are those forces which are in existence due to the interaction of particles and objects. For example, the force applied by the earth on the moon due to which it revolves around the earth is the force of gravitation and is a real force. On the other hand, pseudo forces are forces that are in existence due to the acceleration of the observer’s frame. For example, consider two particles A and B, if acceleration of A is zero and that of B is non-zero, B will see that a force is acting on the particle A and that particle is moving with an acceleration equal to negative of the acceleration of particle B.
Real forces obey Newton’s laws of motion whereas pseudo force do not. Real force is one of the four fundamental forces and on the other hand, pseudo is not one of them. Example of a real force is the force applied by the sun on earth so that the earth performs a circular motion around the sun and that of pseudo force is when a bus is moving forward and the passenger experiences a backward force which is pseudo force.
Note: We have discussed in detail about the real and pseudo force. Keep in mind that real force always has a source through which they act and there is no source of pseudo force. Also remember that the pseudo force is generated due to the acceleration of the observer’s frame.
