Hint: Bacteria are prokaryotic species. The Prokaryotic domain includes bacteria and archaea. Prokaryotes are very simple microorganisms. And they move around by structures called flagella and pili. Only eukaryotes are capable of showing movement using the cilia.

Bacteria are other types of biological cells that come under the group of prokaryotic microorganisms. They typically vary a few micro m in length and have various shapes ranging from spheres to spirals. They are the first form to appear on earth and are also called germs as they are microscopic organisms and cannot be seen with the naked eye. Bacterias live in a variety of environments like from hot water to Ice cold environments.
For movement, prokaryotes have flagella, help the bacterial cell to move around as they have a motor at their base that makes them rotate, and move the flagella can be varied in number. Some bacteria only have one flagellum and others may have as many. The flagellum is a kind of propeller for bacteria or prokaryotic cells. Another structure that bacteria have for the movement is called Pili. Pili allows prokaryotes to adhere to the different surfaces or cells. They act as a bridge between two bacteria where genetic information can be exchanged.
Pili are the extensions that are longer than the Cilia and they are mainly used for sexual reproduction with other bacteria which means DNA is exchanged by a Pili.
Cilia are absent in bacteria and found only in Eukaryotic cells. Only Eukaryotic cells can move with the help of Cilia. Cilia is an organelle that is cylindrical and nearly identical to the flagellum and helps in the regular movement of the Eukaryotic cell.

Note:
Prokaryotes don't have cilia but they have three types of cell surface appendages and these are flagella, Pili, fimbriae. Cilia is a slender-shaped structure, hair-like projections can be found only in eukaryotic cells to help in regular or rhythmic movement. Cilia aids in locomotion and food & oxygen transport.
