Hint: This part of the chloroplast is the structural and functional unit of Chloroplast. It is the location of the light-dependent reactions of photosynthesis. It is a sac-like membranous structure and made from quantasome (particles liable for photosynthesis).

Complete answer:
All chloroplasts have a minimum of three membrane systems—the outer chloroplast membrane, the inner chloroplast membrane, and the thylakoid system. Inside the outer and inner chloroplast membranes is the chloroplast stroma, a semi-gel-like fluid that creates up much of a chloroplast's volume, and during which the thylakoid system floats.
The structural and functional units of Chloroplast are referred to as thylakoids. The quantasome contains 230 molecules of chlorophyll. Thylakoids are small interconnected sacks which contain the membranes that the sunshine reactions of photosynthesis happen on.
-The outer chloroplast membrane may be a semi-porous membrane that tiny molecules and ions can easily diffuse across. However, it's not permeable to larger proteins, so chloroplast polypeptides being synthesized within the cell cytoplasm must be transported across the outer chloroplast membrane by the TOC complex, or translocon on the outer chloroplast membrane.
-The inner chloroplast membrane borders the stroma and regulates the passage of materials in and out of the chloroplast. After passing through the TOC complex within the outer chloroplast membrane, polypeptides must undergo the TIC complex (translocon on the inner chloroplast membrane) which is found within the inner chloroplast membrane.
-The protein-rich, alkaline, aqueous fluid within the inner chloroplast membrane and outside of the thylakoid space is named the stroma, which corresponds to the cytosol of the first cyanobacterium. Nucleoids of chloroplast DNA, chloroplast ribosomes, the thylakoid system with plastoglobuli, starch granules, and lots of proteins are often found floating around in it. In the Calvin cycle, the fixation of carbon dioxide takes place within the stroma.

So, the correct answer is option c)‘Thylakoids’.

Note:
Chloroplasts, like mitochondria, contain their own DNA, which is assumed to be inherited from their ancestor. Chloroplasts perform a variety of other functions, including carboxylic acid synthesis, much amino acid synthesis, and also the immune reaction in plants.
