Complete answer:Recycling of materials also includes the recycling of energy. Two examples that include the recycling of waste is:
A. Plastic recycling is the process of recovering scrap or waste plastic and reprocessing the material into useful products that might be completely different from the original products. For example, the re-melted to create plastic tables and chairs. An interesting point is that the same type of product can be recycled about two to three times before its quality decreases to the level where it can be no longer used.
B. E-waste is of growing concern as almost 20 – 50 metric tons of waste is generated per year according to the Environmental Protection Agency. This is also the fastest growing waste in the European Union. The E-wastes, such as the television sets, cell phones, computer monitors, etc. they are tested for reuse and then repaired at first. If they are found to be broken, they are disassembled and then shredded into roughly 10 cm size pieces and manually checked to separate out toxic batteries and capacitors which contain poisonous materials.
