Hint: The hydrostatic pressure is the pressure that is produced by the fluid against its surface. The fluid forces its way out of a surface applying the pressure. The glomerular filtration rate is the amount of filtrate formed by both the kidneys in a minute.

Complete answer:
The hydrostatic pressure is the pressure produced by the fluid against the surface. If there is fluid on both sides of a surface then the movement of the fluid will be towards the lower pressure exerted by the fluid. Glomerular filtration occurs when there is an increase in the glomerular hydrostatic pressure. This pressure is exerted by the blood present in the glomerulus and it pushes the fluid to move out to the glomerulus capsule from the glomerulus. The concentration of the plasma in the filtrate is high as the membrane doesn’t allow the diffusion of the large particles. It leads to the water movement outside the filtrate. This is the pressure exerted which tends to take in the water in the glomerulus, this pressure is known as blood colloid osmotic pressure. The filtration occurs when the glomerular hydrostatic pressure exceeds the hydrostatic pressure of the capsule and the blood colloid osmotic pressure.
So, the answer is ‘glomerulus of uriniferous tubule’.

Note: There can be some problems in relation to the filtrate where too much protein passes in the filtrate. It leads to the increase in the amount of the urine volume in a body which will further lead to dehydration. The flow of blood and formation of the filtrate should be at a particular place to ensure proper urine formation.
