How?
Training to strengthen Foundation:
It is a 15-week preparation for all probationers to make them aware of the basics of the country and the positions they are about to perform.
Applicants will fly to LBSNAA, where all IAS, IPS, and IFS candidates will train together in the constitutional, administrative, legal, and socio-economic structure of India.
Professional Training Period 1 –
The planning of the foundation is followed by academic instruction, where the candidates develop the skills applicable to the given framework.
It's 26 weeks in length.
In essence, this workshop is both practical and relevant.
District Training –
During this LBSNAA training time, on-the-job training is carried out at the district level, and

Training with officers with experience 15-16 years –
Step IV suggests that the IAS officer is making a significant change from enforcing roles to policy development.
Emphasis is put on studying India's public policy, improving participants' hard and soft skills, delivering policy updates in key fields, and reflecting on new trends that will affect the IAS world in the future.
Training with officers with experience 26-28 years –
This is the final step of the training course and the aim is to understand the workings of policy formulation and application of public policy, ethics, and law.
