Hint: The unit of measurement is the magnitude of the quantity. The unit is used for the measurement of the same kind of quantity. SI system is used for measurement at international level.

Complete answer:
The units of the measurement are classified in three parts:
Fundamental units: The unit of the base quantities is known as the fundamental units. The fundamental units are the base units. There are seven fundamental units of measurement. The fundamental units are: meter, kilogram, second, kelvin, ampere, mole and candela. These units belong to the physical quantities: length, mass, time, temperature, current, amount of substance and luminosity. The dimension formula for these units are expressed in the power of the unit.
Derived units: The units expressed in terms of the fundamental units are known as the derived units. The derived units are Newton, Pascal etc. These units are expressed in terms of the power of fundamental units. The dimension formula of these units are dependent on the power of the fundamental unit.
Supplementary units: There is one more type of unit which is not dependent on the fundamental units. These units are dimensionless. There are two supplementary units: radians and steradians belonging to the angle and the solid angle.

The force is the derived quantity. The unit of force is Newton and it is expressed in the fundamental units. The unit of force is $kg m {s^{-2}}.$

Note:
Another method to find the unit of force is,
Force = mass(acceleration)
Unit of the mass is kilogram and acceleration is meter per second squared.

Force= $kg m {s^{-2}}.$
