There are two types of habitat,

Coming to aerial habitat, aerial habitats are those which are found in the sky. Therefore, examples of animals living in aerial habitat are - Birds, insects, etc.
The animals belonging to aerial habitat have the following characteristics,
>They have wings to help them fly
>Their body and wings are covered with feather or silky membrane
>They are made up of light and hollow bones in order to assist in flying
>They spend most of their life in air
>They catch insects/ prey while flying
Note:There are three types of birds on the basis of the habitat they live in,
>Terrestrial birds - They spend most of their lives on land and they feed on seeds and grains. They are generally flightless. They are generally found close to the ground and have wings, but they can only fly for a short distance.
>Aerial birds - They are found mostly in the sky and they have wings which help them fly.
>Arboreal birds - These birds most of the time in their trees and dense foliage. They are generally insectivorous or frugivores.
