Hint: The person who said these lines was an Indian revolutionary who reorganised the Hindu Republican Association(HRA). He joined the Non Cooperation Movement when he was just 15 years old. The main reason of his death was suicide by gunshot.

Complete answer:
Chandrashekhar Azad said “dushman ki goliyon ka hum samna karenge, azad hee rahein hain, azad hee rahenge''. He wanted complete independence for India in any possible way. He took revenge for the death of Lala Lajpat Rai by killing the British Assistant Superintendent of Police John Poyantz Saunders. He committed many crimes because of which he became wanted. Though he was declared wanted but still everytime he was able to escape the police. After the suspension of the non-cooperation movement in 1922 he became more aggressive.

He never stayed at one place for a long time because of Police capturing. On 27 February, 1931, he arranged a meeting with revolutionaries at Allahabad's Alfred Park (now Chandrashekhar Azad Park). He was betrayed by one of his associates and was besieged by the British police. He fought with bravery but seeing no other way to escape, he shot himself and fulfilled his pledge of not being caught alive.

Hence, the correct answer is option D.

Note:
He was the mentor of Bhagat Singh. To commemorate the bravery of Chandrashekhar Azad, after independence, Alfred Park in Allahabad was renamed as Chandrashekhar Azad Park. Several patriotic films have also been made on him, one of them being Rang De Basanti.
