Hint: The plant cell contains a cell wall. The division of the cell involves karyokinesis and cytokinesis. The cytokinesis of the plant cell involves the formation of cell plates. The two daughter cells get separated by the separation of the cell plate.

Complete answer:
Cell division is a very important process for the development and growth of individuals. Mitosis and Meiosis are two processes for cell division. Mitosis occurs in the body in order to make copies. It involves two steps that are karyokinesis and cytokinesis. Karyokinesis is the division of the nucleus while the cytokinesis is the division of the cytoplasm.
Plant cell contains a cell wall. The cytokinesis cannot be done with the cleavage furrow in the plant cell. During the telophase the cell plate forms across the cell near the old metaphase plate.
The membrane-enclosed vesicles derived from the Golgi apparatus migrate to the center of the cell during the telophase where the metaphase plate used to be and fuse to form a cell plate.
The fusion of growing cell plates with the existing plasma membrane occurs and produces two daughter cells, each with its own plasma membrane. Between the two membranes of the cell plate the new cell is formed.

Note: The cytokinesis in the animal cell involves formation of furrow in the cell membrane and two daughter cells get separated from each other by cleavage of furrow.
The Karyokinesis in the mitosis involves the four phases that are: prophase, metaphase, anaphase and telophase. It is the type of the equational division. The chromosome number in the daughter cell remains the same as in the parents. The copies of the parent cell are formed by the mitosis cell division.
