Hint: Our body is composed of a special type of muscles that are made up of bones and cartilage which supports the body and provides movement and also protects the internal organs. It enables a person to move and perform daily activities.

Complete answer:
Striated muscles- it is a high group of organized tissue that helps in the conversion of chemical energy to physical energy. Its primary function is to generate force and contract the muscles in order to support respiration locomotion and posture i.e skeletal muscle and also helps in the pumping of the blood to all the parts of the body i.e cardiac muscles.
-The striated muscles are mostly the skeletal muscles because when we observe these muscles in the microscope they appear like a striped structure and also show dark and light alternate striation or bands.
-Voluntary muscles are those when we have direct control over them.so skeletal muscles are sometimes called voluntary muscle because we have direct control over them with the help of nervous impulses that sends messages from the brain to the muscle.
-Contraction in the skeletal muscles generates strong and fast-moving and also small imprecise actions. They have the ability to stretch or contract and also return to their original shape.

Additional Information:
Cardiac muscle tissue - it is only found in the heart where the contraction of these muscles pump blood to all the parts of the body and also maintains the blood pressure.
Like the skeletal muscles, cardiac muscles are also striated but they are involuntary muscles because it is not consciously controlled by us.
Smooth muscle tissue- It is non- striated muscles. These are found connected with other organs and tissues and functions are digestive or respiratory systems. It also helps in the regulation of flow in that tissue. For example-via peristalsis, it adds the movement of food through the digestive system.
Visceral muscle- it is mainly found inside the stomach and intestine as well as blood vessels. It is also called smooth muscles because it does not have the striated appearance of skeletal or cardiac muscles.
So, the correct answer is,” skeletal muscle”.

Note: -Skeletal muscles are also called voluntary muscles because they are attached to the bones by tendons and produce all types of body movement.
-They are striated, long, and thin generally crossed with the regular pattern of red and white lines giving a unique appearance to the skeletal muscles.
