Hint:
As we know that On 18 April 1930, the Chittagong Armoury Raid was an attempt to raid the armoury of Presidency (Present day Bangladesh) by armed Indian independence fighters led by Surya Sen. Important people involved in this conspiracy were Ganesh Ghosh, Loknath Bal, Ambika Chakraboty, Harigopal Bal Ananta Singh etc.

Complete step by step solution:
Let us discuss about Surya Sen. His plan was to capture Chittagong’s two main armouries, disable the Telegraph and Telephone Office and the Railway lines were disrupted so that help could not arrive from Calcutta as the connection would be cut off between Chittagong and Calcutta. Also the Banks owned by the Britishers and their loyalists were to be attacked and looted so that money can be collected for financing further revolutions. Freedom fighters languishing in jail were to be released. The planned raid started on 18 April 1930 at 10 p.m. The police army was captured by a group of revolutionaries led by Ganesh Ghosh. A separate ten men group led by Loknath BAL took the Auxiliary Forces armoury (now the old circuit House). They proclaimed themselves a part of Indian Republican Army, Chittagong Branch and 65 people took part in this raid.

So, the correct option is the option Masterda.

Note:
The Europeans present there somehow got to know the intentions of the attackers and alerted the troops. Alert to the troops was something which the attackers were not prepared for. When all the raids ended, the revolutionaries gathered outside the police armory. Sen took a military salute, hoisted a National flag and proclaimed a Provisional Revolutionary Government.
