Hint: The leaves are the green structure that is present laterally on branches and show photosynthesis and these are the food preparing factory of the plant and perform transpiration process via stomatal opening, these opening also the site of exchange of gases.

Complete answer:
The plants bear two types of leaves that are named as the isobilateral and dorsiventral leaf in different plant groups. A dorsiventral leaf is found in dicots plant in which mesophyll tissue parenchymatous and it is differentiated into two types of parenchymatous cells that name as palisade and spongy tissue, palisade present on the upper surface of the leaf while spongy present on the lover side of the leaf. Bulliform cells are absent in such a type of dorsiventral leaf which performs rolling of the leaf. Stomata structure, which is minute opening present majorly on leaves, in the dorsiventral type of leaf stomata are present less in number or absent on the upper side while large in number on the lower side In the case of the isobilateral leaf, mesophyll is not differentiated and the bulliform cell is present. Such a type of isobilateral leaf is found in the monocot plant group. Stomata in isobilateral leaves are equally distributed on both sides of the leaf.
Hence, the correct option is (B).

Note: The stomata are present all over the body of the plant but their number varies and majorly found in leafs bulliform cells that are present in monocot plant leaves are also called empty cells and these bulliform cells are the modification of adaxial epidermal cells and veins.
