Natural fibres are those which are obtained directly from nature( Plants and Animals) such as Jute, Cotton , Hemp, Silk etc.
Synthetic Fibres are those which do not exist naturally but are made by humans in labs or factories. Examples of such fibres are: Nylon, Rayon, Kevlar, latex, acrylic , polyester.
 Here Cotton can not be the answer because we know cotton is obtained from plants and thus is a natural fibre and remaining three are synthetic fibres.
 Since Polyester is a synthetic fibre, where poly means many. i.e. many small units join to form a bigger unit known as polymer.
Polymers are long chains of monomers which are stronger and stable than its single unit known as monomers. eg. of polymers are Polyethene, Polyester, Polyadenylic acid etc.
