Hint: The Hindustan Socialist Revolutionary Organisation Army was established in 1928 and was previously known as Hindustan Republican Organisation (HRA). The manifesto of this organisation was produced as evidence in the Kakori conspiracy case.

Complete step by step answer: The Hindustan Revolutionary Organisation Army was founded by Chandra Sekhar Azad in 1928. The 1920 Non Cooperation movement resulted in the large mobilization of the people. The non violent movement soon turned violent during the Chauri Chaura incident. After this incident, Mahatma Gandhi called off the movement which he himself had started.
This move by Gandhi was severely criticised by leaders like Ram Prasad Bismil and his young group of followers in the Gaya Congress held in 1922. This conflict of choices resulted in the division in the Congress. The Swaraj Party was formed under the leadership of Motilal Nehru and Chittaranjan Das and a young group of revolutionaries was formed under the leadership of Bismil.
Previously the name of the party was decided as Hindustan Republican Organisation (HRA) and Ram Prashad Bismil was made the District organiser and Chief of Arms as well as Provincial organiser of the United Province. The Party's activities included robbery of a post office in Calcutta, the Kakori Conspiracy case which was the most prominent one. The four leaders involved,Ashfaqulla Khan, Ram Prasad Bismil, Roshan Singh and Rajendra Lahiri were hanged in 1927 which resulted in a major blow to the organisation. In 1928, the organisation was renamed as Hindustan Socialist Revolutionary Organisation Army in Feroz Shah Kotla. The organisation was based on Marxist ideology which spoke of ‘dictatorship of the Proletariat’. The manifesto was called Philosophy of the Bomb and was written by Bhgwati Charan Vohra.
Option ‘A’ is the correct option.

Note: The police brutally assaulted Chandra Sekhar Azad during the peaceful protests against Simon Commission. Azad died a few days later. Bhagat Singh promised to avenge his death and along with Rajguru killed Assistant Superintendent of Police J.P Saunders.
