Hint: The answer to this question is dependent on the basic concept of general chemistry and the simple definition of fluidity will give you the required answer for this question that is the meaning of fluidity which is applicable mainly in case of liquids and also for gases.

Complete answer:
We have come across the very basic concept of chemistry and also by our daily lives about the simple definitions that are used for several terms like viscosity, fluidity, turbidity etc.
Now we shall understand the base of fluidity which can be understood by considering any instances from daily life which makes it easier to define exactly what is meant by fluidity.
Consider an instance of liquid first like water.
- Water is the essential liquid for life forms and the life survives by water with the molecular formula${{H}_{2}}O$. Since in liquids, there are no strong forces of attraction between the atoms, they tend to take the shape of the container and can flow easily.
- Now if we consider an example as gas like oxygen ${{O}_{2}}$ which is also an essential element for the survival of living beings, the atoms in the gases have random motion and can move freely in all directions. This means that even gases flow and thus takes the shape of the container too.
Thus, we can say that both gases and liquids are able to flow and hence show fluidity.
Based on these instances we can define fluidity as ‘The ability of a substance to flow from one side to another side is called fluidity’.

Note:Note that solids are hard and cannot flow but when some solids are dissolved in any liquids they can dissolve and also become a liquid which makes them to flow and sometimes even there are thick liquids which flow but not as easily as that of usual liquids.
