Hint: In order to understand what we mean by balanced force, we first need to understand the fact that, what is the definition of force and what is meant by the sensation of force experienced by a body and how are these “forces” produced. We shall now proceed in this manner.

Complete step-by-step solution:
In general day to day terms, force can be described as the push or a pull experienced by a body. By applying a force on a body, we can alter its course of motion, change its speed of motion or even distort the shape of an object. Or in some cases, the force might be too weak that it does not produce any significant change in the state of the object. There are four fundamental force types. These are, Gravitational force, Electromagnetic force, Weak nuclear force and Strong nuclear force.
Now, the term balanced force is used when a certain force is balanced by some other force equal in magnitude and opposite in direction, that is, the two force vectors cancel out each other. This is true for any number of forces being applied on the body, that is, if the summation of all the forces acting on the body is zero, then the condition is termed as balanced force.

Note: The other condition of force is unbalanced force on a body. When the summation of all the forces acting on a body is non-zero, the body is said to be in a state of unbalanced force condition. This resultant force usually changes the physical property of the body which can be observed by us.
