Hint: It is known to us that the spin is one of the intrinsic properties of angular momentum which is carried by their constituent particles and atomic nuclei. Spin is also a type of angular momentum. And the other type is known as orbital angular momentum.

Complete Step by step answer: The spin angular momentum is the angular momentum which is created by its spinning of electrons. The spinning of electrons behaves like a tiny bar magnet. This fact was beautifully demonstrated by the Stern-Gerlach experiment.

So we can say that the spin is the same in the electron, proton and neutron.

Note: Mathematically, spin is explained on the basis of vectors for some particles like photons while spinors and disponers for different particles like electrons. Spinors have similar properties like vectors. Both have definite magnitude and rotations under charge.
