Hint: A mixture is composed of two or more than two different substances and it can be homogeneous and heterogeneous. Homogeneous mixture is one which has the same composition of its components that is distributed equally throughout the given sample or solution.

Complete answer:
We already know that a mixture is composed of two or more than two different substances and it can be a homogeneous and heterogeneous mixture. Homogeneous mixture is the one which has the same composition of its components that is distributed equally throughout the given sample or solution whereas the heterogeneous mixture contains unequal composition of components and they are unequally distributed in the solution. Homogeneous mixtures take up the same forms and may appear clear.
In the given options, the sugar water is made up of two components that is sugar which is dissolved in water so the resulting solution after mixing these two will be a clear solution which is absolutely a homogeneous solution. Hence it is a homogeneous mixture.
Then comes vinegar and as we know that vinegar is a mixture of acetic acid and water. When acetic acid is dissolved in water it results in the formation of a solution which is homogeneous, thus proving that it is also a homogenous mixture.
Next is vodka which is basically composed of ethanol and water and mixing these two will result in a clear solution hence it is also correct.

Therefore, from the above explanation we can say that the correct answer is (D).

Note: Homogeneous mixtures are also called solutions because they involve a liquid component and the resulting product is almost a solution in every homogeneous mixture. Homogeneous mixtures do not have a phase and are thus indistinguishable.
