Hint: Meristem is a kind of plant tissue that has potential to divide at a faster rate and form new tissues. Meristem has the capability of forming all kinds of tissues and organs found in the plant body. It is typically found at the tips of roots and shoots.

Complete answer
Basically, there are three types of meristematic tissues, apical (found at the tips of shoots and roots), intercalary (found in the middle part of plant parts) and lateral (found at the sides of plant parts). However, these tissues have been broadly classified into two more categories:
1. Primary meristematic tissues: those responsible for growth of plant parts in terms of length. That is apical meristem.
2. Secondary meristematic tissues: are those responsible for growth of plant parts in terms of width that is, lateral and intercalary meristems.
3. Intrafascicular cambium: is the merit which is found in between the xylem and phloem tissues of stem. However, later it differentiates and contributes to secondary growth of plant parts. Thus, it helps in primary growth of stems. Hence, it is the correct option.
Whereas, the cork cambium is a kind of meristematic tissue that is responsible for making cork (the hard protective layer of tree) by replacing epidermis. It contributes to secondary growth of plant parts thus is a secondary meristem. Hence, it is an incorrect option.

Note:
Vascular cambium found in roots is a lateral meristematic tissue which is responsible for secondary growth of xylem and phloem tissues. Thus, is a secondary meristematic tissue and which is a wrong option.
