Young people have started spreading the importance of education through welfare associations and social workings. If each one of us will teach or educate one person then we have more civilized people and a good country to live in. Education can help a lot in having a good and successful life.

Fast food, early sickness – all those foods which have high calories and less nutritious values are considered as fast foods or junk foods. As the name junk describes trash or rubbish or waste or scrap. Such foods include fried items, baked items and outside food items.

People mostly eat junk food because they take less time to prepare and they are easy to cook and such foods are very appealing to taste. Due to these junk foods or fast foods, people suffer a disease called obesity and with obesity, they deal with major health issues and also leads to less functioning of the brain. So, it's better to stay away from junk food and lead a healthy and happy life.
