Complete answer:
Given number is 4,18,25,00,000
There are 9 digits after the starting digit that is 4 .
We can write the given number as, \[4,18,25\, \times \,{10^5}\]
Then we can write the above number as, \[4.1825 \times {10^9}\] by moving decimal beside 4. Since the decimal point has moved to 4 places we can rise to \[{10^9}\].
Hence the answer to this question is \[4.1825 \times {10^9}\].
If the decimal is shifted left then the power is positive and if the decimal is shifted right the power is negative.
