By using the formula,

Central angle of each variable = (Value of the component/ Total Value) * 360

Items 

Rent = (8000/28800)* 360 = 100

Food = (10800/28800) * 360 = 135

Clothing = (5600/28800) * 360 = 70

Education = (3600/28800) * 360 = 45 

Savings  = (800/28800) * 360 = 10
