To impress Lord Brahma and make him believe in his abilities, Lord Krishna started expanding and taking multiple forms as a God himself. He could take any form he desired.

Soon the entire field was again crowded with his friends and cattle, and it looked exactly as it was before. Lord Brahma was shocked at this marvellous feat that Lord Krishna had performed. That is how Brahma tests Krishna, and he passes it with flying colours.

Lord Brahma witnessed the powers of Lord Krishna and showered flowers from the heavens above as an appreciation and acknowledgement of his powers.
