The Bee’s Life in Danger

Bee wanted to take a sip of the cold water in the river. The moment he went closer to the water, a small wave made his wings wet. He dropped into the river and was carried away by the strong current.


He was unable to fly and yelled for help. The bees were tired and working. They could not hear the bee’s distress call.


The Dove’s Good Deed

A dove was passing by. He heard the distress call of the bee. He flew closer and saw the bee was drowning and carried away from his hive.


The dove immediately plucked a leaf and dropped it closer to the bee. The bee was unable to sit on the leaf as the current was strong. The dove tried a few more times, but all went in vain.


The dove then thought of an idea. He swooped down and picked the bee gently with his beak. It was a risk worth taking. The bee was safe in his beak. He then put the bee closer to his hive.


The bee dried his wings, thanked the dove and flew away. The dove was happy to help.

One day, the dove was sitting peacefully on the branch of that banyan tree. Suddenly, he saw a hunter aiming its arrow at him.


He was about to fly away but saw a hawk roaming above his head. There is no escape. The dove was in utter despair.

The bee saw the dove worried and looked down. He saw the hunter aiming at his friend. Without thinking twice, he called the entire swarm of bees and went to the hunter and bit him. The hunter panicked in pain and fled.


The dove was free from the hunter. The swarm then flew above the head of the dove to help it fly to a safer place. The dove was saved from the hawk too.


The dove then thanked the bee. The bee said, “You once saved my life. My people and I are glad to help you.”
