The Girl and the Fairy Land: Fairyland Stories

The Little Girl in the Garden

A little girl was playing in her garden with her toys and dolls. She saw a fairy lying on the ground. The fairy was thirsty and exhausted.

The little girl gave her some water to drink in her toy teacup. She drank the water and felt fresh. The little girl was kind. The fairy told her a prophecy, “I am the queen of the good fairies. Our mother fairy prophesied whoever helped me will save our land from the bad fairies. You are the one. Will you help me?”

The little girl agreed and followed the fairy to her land.

They went closer to a rainbow and entered through a door in it. The land was beautiful. Everywhere was bright with exotic colours. There were clouds made of cotton candy. Flowers were smiling with bees and butterflies on them.

The fountain was made of liquid chocolate. She enjoyed eating cotton candies from clouds and chocolate from the fountain. The good fairy was worried a little. It was time for the bad fairies to come.

The Bad Fairies

The bad fairies entered. Everything went dark. The colours vanished and the fountain dried up. The bad fairy queen said to the good fairy queen, “I was looking for you. Fairies catch her!”

The girl stood in between the good and bad fairies. The fairies were smaller in size but they had magic. They blew the girl to a distance and caught the good fairy. She saw the bad fairies taking the good fairy to a dark cave.

She ran and entered the cave.

The Girl Restored Faith and Friendship

In this Fairy Land Story in English, the girl bravely entered and faced the bad fairies. They tried to imprison her but she managed to escape anyway. Suddenly, she yelled, “Enough of this. Why are we fighting?”

All the good and bad fairies were stunned. She asked, “What is the reason I am fighting for?”

The bad fairy queen said, “These so-called good fairies tortured us in the past.”

The little girl asked, “Is this true?” The good fairy queen said, “Our ancestors did but we did not.”

The little girl said to the bad fairy queen, “It was a long time ago. They did some bad things and you are continuing the same. Please stop this nonsense. It is time to change. Be friends from now on. Friendship lives longer than enmity.”

All the fairies agreed. The bad fairy queen cast a spell and released all the good fairies. They became friends.

Both the queen fairies said, “The prophecy was right. Here, take this necklace. Say the word SUNSHINE and you will become a fairy to visit us.”
