Who was Eazy E?

Eric Lynn Wright, better recognized by his platform name Eazy-E, was a composer, American rapper, record producer, and entrepreneur who helped to promote West Coast rap and gangsta rap by handling the team N.W.A and its organization, Ruthless Records, to greater heights.

Wright, who took birth and reared in Compton, possesses a string of legal issues prior to forming Ruthless in 1987. They merged, establishing N.W.A, later that year, after a brief solo career which included regular collaborations with Ice Cube and Dr. Dre. Straight Outta Compton, N.W.A's debut studio album, was launched in 1988. It was Eazy E controversy when it was first released, but it is today considered one of the best and the most influential albums of all time. Niggaz4Life, the group's third and final studio album, was launched and published in 1991, and the band got distorted later.

Eazy E's biography tells that he became entangled in a severe rivalry with Ice Cube and Dr. Dre, who had left for solo careers in 1989 and 1991, accordingly, throughout N.W.A's splintering, mostly due to money disagreements. However, he stayed more influential behind the scenes, signing and launching the rap group Bone Thugs-N-Harmony on a national scale from 1993 to 1994. Eazy-E was hospitalised and identified with AIDS in 1995, and died as a result of the disease's consequences. He has been nicknamed the "godfather of gangster rap."
