Tips to Prepare For the Exam

1. Start Your Revision Early

There is no substitute for starting to study early with revision.

You need to give yourself enough time so that you can review everything that you have studied and make sure that you understand it (or to read round the subject or ask for help if you are struggling). Last-minute cramming is much less productive.

Normally, you will have to review each of the subjects as you go, and make sure that you understand it fully as this will make revision very much easier.

2. Vary Your Revision Techniques

Doing the same thing over and over, for example, reading over the notes on a subject, is likely to be quite boring. You need to spice up your revision period by trying different exercises and techniques. Alternatives to reading your notes over include:

  • Doing all the practice papers and questions to test the understanding
