About Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology

Founded in 1992 and established in 1997, the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology is ranked 8th among India's private universities and is accredited with an A grade by NAAC. KIITEE Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria will differ as per the course which the students want to select:


For a Dual Degree in Biotechnology (B.Tech and M.Tech)

The students applying for this course should have a 10+2 pass or appear in 2024 with at least 60% marks from a recognised board. Passing in subjects like maths/biotechnology/biology, physics, and chemistry is mandatory. The age criteria for applying for KIITEE 2024 is 21 years and above.


For BBA

The students should clear the 10+2 program with at least 50% of marks in any stream that is recognised by the board. The student must have cleared at least one of the subjects from maths/economics/statistics/business maths. The student applying for the exam should be above 21 years of age.


For MCA

The students applying should be a graduates with mathematics as a subject in either 12th or graduation and must have passed with at least 50% of marks.


For LLM

The student must be a graduate of the course BBA LLB/ B.A.LLB/ B.SC LLB /B.L. from any recognised board and must have passed with at least 55% of marks.


KIITEE Admission Process 2024

  1. Candidates can apply for admission to several courses. 

  2. Registered applicants must book their KIITEE 2024 slots online using their login credentials and then download the admit card. 

  3. Candidates must take the KIITEE entrance test in 2024. 

  4. Once the KIITEE 2024 result has been released online; applicants may log in to the official website and obtain their scorecard. 

  5. Lastly, candidates must attend counselling as scheduled. 


KIITEE Application Form 2024

Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology has announced the KIITEE 2024 Application Form release dates for Session 1. The application process began on November 10, 2023, on the KIIT official website (kiitee.kiit.ac.in) and closed on March 10, 2024. The registration closing date for Phase 2 is May 30, 2024, and for phase 3 is June 30, 2024.


KIITEE exam 2024 has no application fee, so students can fill out the form free of cost. The students applying for the exam have to be very careful while filling in the details, as no modification is allowed once students have paid the application fee. When filling out the form, the students should be ready with all the documents required, like a scanned photograph, ID proof, signature, mark sheets, etc.

The Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology has started the KIITEE 2024 slot booking online on their official website. If you are taking the exam, you need to book your slot at kiitee.kiit.ac.in. To do this, just enter your application number and date of birth. Remember, slots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. During the booking process, pick your preferred exam date and time. KIITEE Syllabus 2024

The Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology has published the KIITEE 2024 syllabus on its official website. The KIITEE 2024 syllabus includes significant chapters and subjects covered in the test. KIITEE Result 2024

The KIITEE 2024 results have been declared for Phase 1 only on April 5, 2024. Results for Phase 2 and Phase 3 are not yet announced. Candidates who took the exam can check their results using their application number and date of birth. Separate merit lists are created for each course based on the scores from the entrance exam. Qualified candidates will receive their KIITEE rank card, which shows their rank, and they can also download it from the website for further admission process.


If multiple candidates have the same score, the tie will be broken as follows:


  1. BTech: Higher marks in Mathematics, then in Physics, and finally by age (older candidates get preference).

  2. BArch: Higher marks in NATA.

  3. BTech LE: Higher marks in Mathematics, then in Basic Electrical Engineering, and finally by age (older candidates get preference).


The counselling session will start soon after the result comes out, and the students will get to know the details further.


KIITEE Cutoff 2024

After the KIITEE entrance exam 2024 is conducted, the university website will declare the cutoff list online. The dates for the same have not been announced yet.


The cutoff list will be decided based upon

 

  1. Number of seats available for the program you are applying to.

  2. Number of candidates who took the KIITEE 2024 exam.

  3. Performance and difficulty level of the exam.

  4. Cutoff trends from previous years.


To clear the examination, a general category student should qualify with 50% marks, reserved categories like ST/SC with 40% and general PH with 45% marks only, and then students further eligible for counselling sessions.


KIITEE Counselling

After the declaration of the results for the KIITEE exam 2024, the students who qualify will be further called for a counselling session based on the course they chose and the order of merit. The counselling schedule will be posted on the KIIT website. You must attend counselling according to the schedule. If you are called for counselling, make sure to bring your original documents and the token fees to the counselling centre.

  • KIITEE Admit Card: Your entry ticket for the KIITEE exam.

  • KIITEE Rank Card: Your scorecard shows your rank in the KIITEE exam.
