The authorities conduct the online examination at various institutions all over Maharashtra between the 16 April to 30 April, 2024, for P.C.M. and P.C.B. group. Exam will be conducted in two shifts 09:00 am to 12:00 noon and 02:00 pm to 05:00 pm and exam time duration is of 3 hours. In the private unaided engineering institutes of Maharashtra, almost 85 percent of the seats will be allotted through MHT CET, whereas 15 percent of seats will be granted for all the students who appear for the All India Quota, based on MHT/MH CET eligibility.
All the students from the State of Maharashtra State or All India with Minority, NRI, or Foreign citizenship can apply for this examination. The students who belong from Jammu and Kashmir can also apply for this examination. All the students who have cleared their Class 12 will be eligible to apply for this test. Procedure to Fill MHT CET Application Form 2024:
The students can now avail the MHT CET Application Form available on the official website from the 16th January to 1st March 2024. The students should ensure that the following details are noted during the time of applying for this test:
Recent color photographs between 15 KB and 50 KB in jpeg or jpg format and named as photo.jpg.
A Signature signed in black ink on a white paper between 5 KB and 20 KB in jpeg/jpg format and named as “sign.jpg.”. The students should note that the signature should not contain any capital letters.
A government photo identity proof between 15 KB and 256 KB in the format of PDF is also required.
To register, all the students should create their profile on the official website. They can download the form, fill it, and submit the required details in the form along with the required documents. You are also required to upload all necessary proof, photograph and signature as per the MH CET eligibility criteria to register.
Once all the details are fed into the system, the students should pay for the Application (Application fee) through various modes of payment like debit/credit card (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro) or Online/ net banking mode or IMPS. Cash cards and mobile wallets are also accepted. After payment, they have to submit the form and take a print out of the receipt, i.e., the confirmation page. The students can also download the admit card for the examination from the official website.
The eligibility criteria for engineering admission in MH CET do not provide the scope of correction or return/refund of the application fee. A new application has to be filled by the students in case of any error. Therefore, it is imperative to fill the Application form with full concentration.
