VITEEE Online Application Form 2020- Filling Up the Form

Registration for VITEEE- This process has to be completed first and you can do this by filling up certain key details. These include the name of the candidate, gender, date of birth, nationality, mobile phone number and email address. After completing the procedure for registration, you will receive a confirmation message on your mobile phone number and also at your registered email address. This message should be carefully kept by you since it will have the login password, data for registration and email address. You should be using this email ID and password for logging in subsequently.

Form of Application- You can login to the official portal for candidates with the password and email ID for finally filling up the application form. Candidates are required to enter details for the VITEEE online application form 2020 like the gender, name, date of birth, community, blood group, religion, address, native state and hostel accommodation. You also have to fill in the medium for instruction and the mode of study. You also have to fill up details of the qualifying examination that you have passed (Class 12) including board name, registration number/roll number/seat number and school name along with school address (area name, state, city/town, pin code, district). After clicking on Submit, a number for application will be generated and this should be noted for reference in the future.

Paying the Fees for Application- You will have to pay Rs. 1,150 as the application fee post completing the form. These fees can be paid online via credit or debit cards and even through net banking. Candidates should have a payment receipt copy handy with them until the process is fully completed.

Upload your Signature and Photograph- You will then have to upload the scanned copies of your signature and recent passport size photograph. The size of the documents will have to be between 10-200 KB and in the JPEG/JPG format. The dimensions of both will have to be 3.5 x 4.5 cm.

Submitting the Application- Once you have uploaded these vital documents, you can then easily submit the application form. You can then download and print out the filled up application form for reference in the future. If you were wondering, you do not have to send a hard copy of the application to the VIT University.

Checking the Application Status

You can check the status of your application through the following steps:

• Login to the official VIT University website.

• Login to the portal for candidates and use the registered password and email address.

• Click on the Submit option.

• The application form status will then be shown on the screen.
