The total salary of the Telangana CM is Rs.4,10,000 per month. This is inclusive of a basic salary of Rs.1,80,000, dearness allowance of Rs.96,000, and travelling allowance amounting to Rs.30,000.
Delhi CM Salary
The total salary of Delhi's CM is Rs.3 90,000 per month. This is inclusive of a basic salary of Rs.1,55,000, dearness allowance of Rs.82,000, and travelling allowance of Rs.60,000 and furthermore the small additions.
Uttar Pradesh CM Salary
The total salary of Uttar Pradesh’s CM is Rs.3 65,000 per month. This is inclusive of a basic salary of Rs.1, 50,000, dearness allowance of Rs.90,000, and travelling allowance of Rs.52,000 and furthermore the small additions.
What Happens To the Residence of the Chief Minister After Death?
In the unfortunate event of the death of the Minister, his/her immediate family shall be accredited to the use of the fully furnished residence being granted to the Minister:-
For a time period of one month immediately after the death, without having to pay rent and no charge shall be liable on the family of the Minister in regard to the maintenance of such residence, and
For an extended one month period, on payment of rent at such rates as may be specified by the law made on this behalf by the Central Government and also charges with respect to electricity and water consumed in that residence during that certain further period.
Note: The ‘residence’ occupied by the Chief Minister also includes the building's apartment, staff quarters and the gardens thereto, and ‘maintenance’ with respect to a residence includes the payment of local rates taxes and to the provision of water and electricity.

The basic salary is generally the fixed part of the remuneration structure received by the CM and is paid while the dearness allowance is termed as the living adjustment allowance in order to assuage the impact of inflation as an add on to the basic pay.
