Eligibility Criteria for IIT Dharwad B. Tech Programs
The eligibility criteria for the B. Tech courses are as follows.
Aspiring students must pass their Class 12 Board exams with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. They may pursue Biology or Biotechnology as additional subjects.
A minimum of 75% aggregate has to be obtained in the 12th Board exams by candidates belonging to the general category. A minimum of 65% aggregate has to be obtained by the candidates belonging to the SC/ST categories, in their 12th Board exams. Candidates obtaining a top 20 percentile in the 12th Board exams are also eligible for this course.
Candidates should obtain the cut-off percentile and rank in JEE Advanced, as will be declared by IIT Dharwad for their choice of B.Tech programs.
