(क) शहर की ओर जाते हुए वल्ली ने बस की खिड़की से बाहर क्या क्या देखा?

"अब तो उसकी खिड़की से बाहर देखने की इच्छा भी खत्म हो गई थी।"

उत्तर: शहर की ओर जाते समय वल्ली ने नहर, उसके पास ताड़ के पेड़, घास के मैदान, सुदंर पहाड़ियाँ, नीला गगन और गहरी खाई देखी। उसने बस की खिड़की से दूर-दूर तक फैले खेत, और हरियाली ही हरियाली देखी।

(ख) वापसी में वल्ली ने खिड़की के बाहर देखना बंद क्यों कर दिया?

उत्तर: वापसी में वल्ली ने एक मरी हुई बछिया देखी जिससे वह बेहद दुखी हो गयी। सारा समय उसका ध्यान उसी पर केंद्रित रहा इसलिए उसने खिड़की के बाहर देखना बंद कर दिया।

(ग) वल्ली ने बस के टिकट के लिए पैसों का प्रबंध कैसे किया?

उत्तर: वल्ली ने छोटी-छोटी रेजगारी एकत्रित की। अपनी मीठी गोलियाँ, गुब्बारे, खिलौने खरीदने की इच्छा को दबाया, यहाँ तक कि पैसे एकत्रित करने के लिए वह गोल घूमने वाले झूले पर भी नहीं बैठी।

2. क्या होता अगर

(क) वल्ली की माँ जाग जाती और वल्ली को घर पर न पाती?

उत्तर: यदि वल्ली की माँ जाग जाती और वल्ली को घर पर न पाती तो बेचैन हो जाती और उसे गाँव में ढूँढ़ने लगती।

(ख) वल्ली शहर देखने के लिए बस से उतर जाती और बस वापिस चली जाती?

उत्तर: यदि वल्ली शहरे देखने के लिए बस से उतर जाती और बस चली जाती तो वह छोटी बच्ची शहर में गुम भी हो सकती थी।

3. छिप छिपकर

“ऐसी छोटी बच्ची का अकेले सफर करना ठीक नहीं।"

(क) क्या तुम इस बात से सहमत हो? अपने उत्तर का कारण भी बताओ।

उत्तर: हां, मैं इस बात से सहमत हूँ कि इतनी छोटी बच्ची का अकेले सफर करना ठीक नहीं है। छोटे बच्चों के लिए अकेले यात्रा करना सुरक्षित नहीं हो सकता क्योंकि उन्हें अपनी सुरक्षा का पूरा ज्ञान नहीं होता और वे अनजान परिस्थितियों का सामना नहीं कर पाते। इसलिए, उनके साथ कोई बड़ा होना जरूरी है।

(ख) वल्ली ने यह यात्रा घर के बड़ों से छिपकर की थी। तुम्हारे विचार से उसने ठीक किया या

गलत ? क्यों?

उत्तर: वल्ली का घर के बड़ों से छिपकर यात्रा करना गलत था। उसे अपने घर वालों से अनुमति लेकर यात्रा करनी चाहिए थी ताकि उसकी सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित हो सके। किसी भी यात्रा के दौरान बच्चे की सुरक्षा सबसे महत्वपूर्ण होती है, और बिना अनुमति के जाना खतरे से भरा हो सकता है।

(ग) क्या तुमने भी कभी कोई काम इसी तरह छिपकर किया है? उसके बारे में लिखो ।

उत्तर: हां, एक बार मैंने भी अपने दोस्तों के साथ पार्क में खेलने जाने का फैसला किया था, लेकिन मैंने यह बात अपने घर वालों को नहीं बताई थी। मुझे लगा कि यह कुछ खास नहीं है, लेकिन जब मैंने देखा कि मेरे घर वाले मेरी चिंता कर रहे थे, तब मुझे एहसास हुआ कि मुझे उन्हें बताना चाहिए था। इससे मुझे यह सीख मिली कि किसी भी काम को छिपकर नहीं करना चाहिए।

4. मना करना

“मैंने कह दिया न नहीं......।" उसने दृढ़ता से कहा ।

वल्ली ने कंडक्टर से खाने-पीने का सामान लेने से साफ़ मना कर दिया।

(क) ऐसी और कौन-कौन सी बातें हो सकती हैं जिनके लिए तुम्हें भी बड़ों को दृढ़ता से मना कर देना चाहिए?

उत्तर: कुछ ऐसी बातें हैं जिनके लिए हमें भी बड़ों को दृढ़ता से मना करना चाहिए, जैसे कि:

अगर वे हमें किसी गलत कार्य में शामिल होने के लिए कहें।
अगर वे हमें अनुचित या अस्वास्थ्यकर भोजन खाने को कहें।
अगर वे हमें किसी झूठ का हिस्सा बनने को कहें।

(ख) क्या तुमने भी कभी किसी को किसी चीज़ / कार्य के लिए मना किया उसके बारे में बताओ।

उत्तर: हाँ, मैंने एक बार अपने दोस्तों को किसी गलत काम में शामिल होने से मना किया था। वे लोग स्कूल से भागकर मूवी देखने जाना चाहते थे, लेकिन मैंने दृढ़ता से मना कर दिया और उन्हें समझाया कि यह गलत है। इसके बाद उन्होंने भी मेरा साथ दिया और हम सबने स्कूल की पढ़ाई पर ध्यान दिया।

5. घमंडी

वल्ली को या उसके किसी साथी को घमंडी शब्द का अर्थ मालूम नहीं था।

(क) तुम्हारे विचार से घमंडी का क्या अर्थ होता है?

उत्तर: मेरे विचार से, घमंडी का अर्थ होता है वह व्यक्ति जो खुद को सबसे श्रेष्ठ समझता है और दूसरों को तुच्छ मानता है। ऐसे व्यक्ति के स्वभाव में अहंकार और दूसरों के प्रति आदर का अभाव होता है।

(ख) तुम किसी घमंडी को जानते हो? तुम्हें वह घमंडी क्यों लगता / लगती है?

उत्तर: हाँ, मैं एक ऐसे व्यक्ति को जानता हूँ जो अपने पैसे और रुतबे के कारण खुद को सबसे ऊपर मानता है। वह दूसरों की बातों को ध्यान से नहीं सुनता और हमेशा अपनी ही बातों को सही मानता है, इसलिए मुझे वह घमंडी लगता है।

(ग) वल्ली 'घमंडी' शब्द का अर्थ जानने के लिए क्या-क्या कर सकती थी? उसके लिए कुछ उपाय सुझाओ।
