NEET UG 2023 Application Form
Only one application is allowed to be filled up by a candidate. Fill in more than one application, and your admit card will be cancelled or withheld, and your candidature will be forfeited for NEET examinations.
Instructions for Filling Offline Application Form
Fill in the offline application form and keep a photocopy of the same for future reference.
Paste the latest passport-size photograph.
Postcard size photograph of 4” x 6” is required.
Put your signature.
Put a left-hand thumb impression.
In case of any eventuality that the left−hand thumb is unavailable, the right−hand thumb impression can be put.
Put a photocopy of the Class 10 pass certificate.
General Instructions
Remember these general NEET 2023 instructions before even thinking of applying for the exam.
Photograph focus should be on the face.
Take 6-8 copies of passport size and 4-6 copies of postcard size coloured photograph with white background. It will be required for pasting on the offline application form and admit card and also for counselling and admission.
Pay the required fees through a bank draft drawn in favour of “Director-general, National Test Agency,” payable at Noida, UP. The final submission of the offline application will remain incomplete if not accompanied by the fees bank draft or not filled up properly. Fees are non-refundable.
Print out the confirmation page. Keep a photocopy of the application form, bank draft, and the receipt provided by the nodal officer.

You must appear at your own cost at the examination centre during the NEET exam time as indicated on the admit card issued by the NTA.
Any request to change the examination centre, date or time provided on the admit card shall not be considered under any circumstances. Strictly follow instructions in the bulletin and NTA websites unless you want to be disqualified.

NEET 2023 Exam Hall Dress Code

NEET Dress Code for Females
Wear simple clothes and avoid embroidery, frills, or layering with different pieces
Prefer half-sleeved tops, kurtis/shirts, as long and fancy sleeves are not allowed.
Avoid shoes, boots, heels, or stilettos, and wear only open sandals.
Avoid jewellery of any kind, whether metallic or non-metallic.
Candidates who cannot follow these rules due to religious purposes have to mention the same in the NEET application form, by choosing the option “Customary dress”. Such candidates must report to the exam hall at least one hour prior to the time for frisking procedures.
NEET Dress Code for Males
No full-sleeved shirts/T-shirts are allowed.
Simple clothes with no pockets, zips, big buttons, layers etc. are allowed.
Opt for only simple pants and shirts, and avoid kurtas and pyjamas.
Like females, avoid wearing shoes or boots and wear light slippers and sandals.
