NSO Science Olympiad Sample Paper 1 for Class 3 - Free PDF Download

There is a list of basic criteria that each Class 3 student must follow to ensure that they are eligible for appearing in the NSO Examinations. These are listed as under:


For Schools: All schools that are registered with the Science Olympiad Foundation are entitled to apply for NSO Examinations. The schools must select a date for the exam as per their convenience and register themselves, 30 days before the NSO Examination date. Students interested to appear for the same can get in touch with the school authorities for registration purposes. However, it is necessary to have a minimum of 10 students registered compulsorily for the SOF NSO exam.


For Classes: All students belonging to classes 1-12 can appear for the NSO Examinations.


For Boards: All students studying in State Board, CBSE as well as ICSE are eligible to appear for NSO examinations.


Number of Attempts: Every student can apply only once for the NSO examinations in an academic year.


Eligibility Criteria for Level 1: As such, there are no specified criteria for the Level 1 exams. There are no minimum scores that the students must obtain in their school examinations. These exams are open for all students from classes 1 to 12.


Eligibility Criteria for Level 2: Students of Class 3 will be eligible for appearing in the Level 2 examinations, once they clear the level 1 examination.
